AKIMBO FOCUS TECH’ AJUSTEMENT DE LA FRICTION Les réglages de friction se font sur les parties haute et basse. Chaque partie possède 7 positions allant : - De A (friction minimum) à G (friction maximum) pour la partie haute. - De 1 (friction minimum) à 7 (friction maximum) pour la partie basse. Ouvrez le système en déverrouillant les barres de blocage, puis ajuster la friction en jouant sur la came mobile à l’aide des molettes de réglage. Le fabriquant préconise de toujours par- tir sur le réglage le plus fort et de descendre au fur et à mesure pour ajuster au mieux le sys- tème à votre poids, à l’usure et au diamètre de votre corde. Une fois le système réglé, il suffit de le verrouiller à l’aide des barres de blocage. Le haut du système agit comme un diffuseur type ROPEWRENCH ou CHICANE et le bas du système comme un bloqueur type MICROGRAB ou MAXIGLISS par pincement. INSTALLATION DE LA CORDE Ouvrez le système et venez glisser la corde à l’intérieur, puis refermez le système. PREPARING TO CLIMB Install Rope F. With the RIGHT side of the Akimbo facing you, insert the rope coming from the anchor past the Upper Bollard, followed by the Lower Bollard, as shown by the rope path below. The rope must fit snugly between both the Upper and Lower Cam and Bollard. G. If rope diameter prevents installation at the highest friction setting on either the Upper or Lower Bollard, follow the steps on the previous page to reduce the friction setting.
